Confessed a hope in Christ at a young age.  In fact it was at a party that was held in the basement of her church, that her journey of faith began.  As a common practice, no church event could conclude without the doors of the church being opened and the gift of salvation being offered.  It was at that moment, while still drinking punch and eating cookies that she turned her life over to God.  The year was 1981...she was going on 7 years old.

Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, a modest church on Chicago's West Side, Pastored by the awesome Rev. William R. Lott, Sr., has always been her church home.  This was the church of her maternal family.  She participated in many of the children's and youth ministries as she grew and developed.  She possessed many talents, dance, creative arts, theater, and she could even sing a little.  She was a member of the J.V. Richardson Choir and 'graduated' to the Youth Voices of Praise at a later date [commonly known now as VOP].

During the years she began to notice a strong desire to share the word...however not in the traditional evangelical way.  She tried to evangelize with the church on Saturdays with the Evangelical Ministry, but that wasn't the right path for her.  There was a different way to bring the Word to people, without even having to say a word at all.  With a strong heart for fashion, and the observation that most of the youth were really into t-shirts, she took her many years of biblical education, and sound doctrine teachings and prayed about the best way to share the Word with and for those who may not be strong evangelists....and XP7 was revealed.

From Me

It has been a difficult thing to write about myself in the third person....but I gave it a try anyway.  First and foremost I would like to thank God, for giving me another chance to do His Will and Glorify His Name.  My efforts and desires are not self-seeking.  This has been a long time in the making and there were times when I was weary and I got so frustrated with the lack of response and support for this work God gave me.  I asked the Lord, 'What am I doing wrong?  Why aren't the people responding?'  And He answered, 'Jesus'.  What a Word from God!  Now that answer did not have to be explained to me, for the Holy Spirit had already provided me with the revelation.  You see, Jesus met with many who were not able to totally understand Him. He was even rejected by His own people.  Well, if Jesus could meet with such adversity, and emerge victorious, of course I too, being God's Child, would surely face the same...and still I rise!  Glory to God for all of my trials and tribulations...I don't feel noways tired...nobody told me the road would be easy and I don't believe He brought me THIS far to leave me.

With His Love,

For a LONG time, my tag phrase has been 'To KNOW Me is To LOVE Me'.  During one of my many 'moments with God' I asked for some insight about His Purpose for my life.  I went to The Word and began to search the scriptures.  Funny thing though, I was only guided to the 9th Chapter and 16th Verse of every book in the Bible and seeing that my birthday is September 16, that was no surprise.  After the search, I found Exodus 9:16 answered my inquiry.  It didn't stop there though, He gave me more!  Now, I share it with you...so that you too may know...and seek and find yours.

Ex 9:16 "But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth." ~ Matt 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen. ~ Prov 31:10-30 10 Who can find a virtuous woman? For her worth is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. 12 She does him good and not evil all the days of her life. ~ 25 Strength and honor are her clothing; she shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She opens her mouth with wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. 28 Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: 29 "Many daughters have done well, but you excel them all." ~ 30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
